To qualify, applicants must meet the following conditions.
You must be Biafran by birth; born within Biafra territories, or born in the diaspora to Biafran parents (either one or both parents must be Biafran by blood or descent).

Biafrans holding another country's citizenship remain eligible, provided they identify as Biafran by birth or descent.
